- Perform venipuncture and administer IM/SubQ injections under provider direction
- Process, label, and manage specimens for routine and specialty labs with accuracy and attention to detail
- Support clinic flow by responding quickly to rooming needs and managing time efficiently
- Provide professional, empathetic care—helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported
- Use discretion and compassion when assisting with procedures such as wave therapy, pellets, Trimix, or Priapus injections
- Keep clinical areas clean, organized, and fully stocked; manage restocking and supply needs
- Chart accurately in the EHR and coordinate lab submissions and documentation
- Jump in where needed, including assisting the front desk or administrative tasks to support daily operations

The role of the Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist at Victory Men’s Health is an instrumental position supporting the organizational priorities and goals associated with delivering high quality health care services to men. The Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist would be responsible for providing assistance to our physicians and nurse practitioners, charting, EMR, scheduling, blood draws, wave therapy, and injections.
The role of the Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist at Victory Men’s Health is an instrumental position supporting the organizational priorities and goals associated with delivering high quality health care services to men. The Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist would be responsible for providing assistance to our physicians and nurse practitioners, charting, EMR, scheduling, blood draws, wave therapy, and injections.
As a Patient Coordinator, you play a central role in delivering a premium patient experience. You’re the vital link between provider and patient—translating clinical recommendations into clear next steps, removing friction, and ensuring every patient feels informed, supported, and confident in their optimization journey. You lead with integrity, take ownership of outcomes, and bring positive, proactive energy to the clinic every day.
- Be the bridge between provider and patient by turning recommendations into clear action plans, ensuring understanding and follow-through
- Own service knowledge across all Victory offerings—pricing, protocols, logistics, timelines, and availability—so patients and teammates can rely on you as a resource
- Drive patient logistics including scheduling, treatment coordination, product shipments, and pharmacy-related communication
- Deliver a five-star experience across every interaction—phone, text, in-person, and follow-up—consistent with Victory’s premium standard
- Lead communication and clinic momentum by calling the plays, prioritizing what matters, and jumping in without being asked
- Strengthen team execution by cross-training others, reinforcing standards, and addressing off-course behaviors early
- Support operational excellence through daily clinic prep, vendor coordination, pharmacy relationships, morning huddles, and identifying inefficiencies in the patient journey
- Use CRM consistently to manage leads, document patient communication, complete tasks, and track performance reporting
- Participate in a weekend texting rotation to maintain timely patient communication, reduce Monday backlog, and ensure continuity of care
