How it works
INITIAL VISIT
During your initial visit, you’ll complete a medical history questionnaire and have a comprehensive wellness blood panel drawn on-site. The consultation to review your results is $99; labs are separate—choose $85 cash-pay or use your insurance—your call.

MEASURE YOUR PROGRESS
Your lab results typically return within a few days. At that time, you’ll meet with one of our doctors or nurse practitioners to review your results. During this visit, we’ll complete a body composition analysis (muscle mass, body fat percentage) and check your vitals. Your labs and body comp will be reviewed side by side with you and your provider. The consultation lasts about 30 minutes.

A PLAN FOR YOU
Fat loss without sacrificing strength. Following labs and body composition, your provider maps a plan to your needs and schedule. Expect regular weigh-ins to monitor fat loss, lean mass, and body-fat %—then we adjust to keep progress steady.
