Myles's Story
I’m 39, and before coming to Victory I was frustrated. I was putting in the work at the gym—CrossFit several days a week—and what I thought was “healthy” eating, but my energy was low, my sleep wasn’t great, and I couldn’t maintain the muscle mass I felt like I’d earned. I didn’t feel sick, so I was hesitant to go to a regular doctor. I just didn’t feel like myself anymore, and I didn’t want to be told everything was “fine” when I knew it wasn’t.
Once I started working with Victory, I quickly realized a big part of the problem was that I was under-eating protein and overexercising. They helped me understand how my training, nutrition, and overall health all needed to work together if I wanted to actually hit my goals—not just spin my wheels. Within about 90 days, I started noticing real changes: my overall motivation and energy were better, my recovery after workouts improved, and I actually wanted to go to the gym again. I went from dreading workouts to planning them out and looking forward to them.
The first thing that really shifted was my mood. My family noticed I was more positive and present. I was much more motivated to show up for my wife and daughter, not just grind through the day and crash at night. Victory didn’t just help me change numbers on a lab report—they helped me feel like myself again and gave me a sustainable path to keep improving.
